All services are provided in accordance with the terms presented herein.
The user has the right to access training materials and audit reports, with the obligation not to distribute protected content to third parties without the written consent of MullerProductions. The company undertakes to provide accurate and verifiable information, based on real industry data, without unrealistic promises regarding return on investment.
MullerProductions cannot be held liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of recommendations provided during training or audits. All monetization strategies are presented for informational purposes and require adaptation to the specific context of each client.
Payments for services are made in advance, according to the issued invoice. Refunds are only possible if the service has not been delivered within 30 days of payment, with no hidden fees. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can be made 14 days before renewal.
MullerProductions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of terms, including unauthorized distribution of materials or abusive use of confidential information. The user may request termination at any time, with a prior written notice of 7 days.
